Introduction
The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is a government organization dedicated to empowering the youth, promoting entrepreneurship, supporting small businesses, and fostering growth in technology companies.
The “Certifications for IT Professionals Project” is an initiative under the purview of the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). In 2021, MetaPi was awarded this project due to its established success in providing similar types of training.
Phase-III Part B of this project aims to provide training and internationally recognized certifications to 250 IT professionals. This project includes individuals from the private sector, government sector, and fresh IT graduates, with equal opportunity for female participants.
The courses offered under the Project (Phase-III, Part 2) include:
- Certified Associate in Python Programming (PCAP) (Training and Free Exam Voucher worth 334$)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect- Associate (AWS-SAA) (Training and Free Exam Voucher worth 173$)
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
- Must be Pakistani National with valid NIC
- Must have completed a 16-year degree in the Information Technology domain with a minimum CGPA of 2.60.
- The maximum age limit is 50 years for public and private sector employees
- Relevancy of the opted training with candidates’ qualification
- Need to PASS screening test for final selection
- After final selection, the candidate will be required to deposit 10% of the training and certification cost via demand draft in favor of Pakistan Software Export Board Islamabad

Please Note:
- Candidates will sign a Declaration Form on a prescribed format at the time of final selection to complete the training
- A candidate can avail a maximum of 02 trainings – certifications only
- Candidates are advised to go through the course outline before opting for any desired course
- This Training will take place in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, however distribution of courses is varied from city to city
Frequently Asked Questions:
Duration of the Training?
It is a ONE-week course, will take place on working days, for Five days consecutively. In multiple batches we provide the option of classes on weekends.
Timing of the Training?
Timing is from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM a day
Mode of Training?
Training will be conducted physically in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore
What kind of training will be provided?
The official syllabus for the concerned certification will be covered.
What kind of certification will be provided?
Two Certifications will be provided, Training Certificate by MetaPi & PSEB and a FREE voucher for the official certification/exam
What are the 10% charges?
For PCAP it is Rs. 15,000.0 and for AWS-SAA it is Rs. 13,000.0 (including training and exam voucher)
Courses are different against different cities?
Yes, courses distribution varies from city to city. The distribution is made by PSEB authorities and remains unchanged.
Minimum Eligibility Requirement is must?
Yes, completion of 16 years of education is must. Also, you must upload your Transcript or Degree on the portal.
What would be the training venue?
Training venues will be disclosed to shortlisted applicants.
